Pet Policy
Prose Gainesville is a pet-friendly community that welcomes up to 2 pets per home. However, there are breed restrictions that include: Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids. There is a one time pet fee of $350 for one pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. There is monthly pet rent at $20 per pet.
